Combined extruded pasta and ravioli machines
Kneading press with extruder
Hourly output: 40/50 kg/h
This machine is equipped with a kneading press and extruder. In addition, thanks to the double tank it will be possible to produce dough even while the machine is extruding.
With this machine it will be possible to produce long extruded pasta such as noodles and spaghetti, short pasta such as macaroni and fusilli, and puff pastry for lasagna, ravioli, cannelloni, and more.
The machine will be able to produce pasta sheets of different thicknesses thanks to the interchangeable dies, which can be used for the production of double sheet and single sheet ravioli (such as cappelletti, agnolotti and tortellini), lasagna and cannelloni.
Combined kneading press with automatic ravioli machine
Extruded patsa hourly output: 40/50 kg/h
Ravioli hourly output: 30/40 kg/h
This machine is equipped with a kneading press and extruder. In addition, thanks to the double tank, dough can be produced even while the machine is extruding. The ravioli unit on the side will allow the production of double sheet ravioli, already separated and with soft fillings.
With this machine it will be possible to produce long extruded pasta such as tagliatelle and spaghetti, short pasta such as macaroni and fusilli, and puff pastry for lasagna, ravioli, and more. The ravioli unit with torchietto, thanks to two rolling pins of pasta sheet, will form the ravioli according to the chosen mold (available in different sizes).
The machine will be able to produce pasta sheets of different thicknesses thanks to the interchangeable dies, which can be used for the production of double sheet and single sheet ravioli (such as cappelletti, agnolotti and tortellini), lasagna and cannelloni.
Machines for gnocchi and chicche
2-hole gnocchi machine
Hourly production: up to 60 kg/h
Machine for making potato gnocchi, with hot or cold dough. Feeding happens by an integrated pump located at the back of the machine.
Thanks to its forming unit, it will be possible to electronically adjust the grooving of the gnocchi and the desired size, even while the machine is running. In addition, the forming unit can be easily replaced for the production of different formats.
The machine will automatically flour the product, which will fall onto the trays at the front.
Single sheet cappelletti and ravioli machines
Cappelletti and stuffed single sheet pasta machines
Hourly production: from 35 kg/h up to 45 kg/h
Machine for producing single sheet ravioli such as pinched cappelletti, agnolotti, tortelloni and plain sheet ravioli.
The machine is complete with a manually adjustable calibrator for adjusting the incoming sheet of dough. Filling is fed through rods, allowing the use of hard fillings. In addition, the filling unit, is adjustable even when the machine is running, allowing the perfect dosage within the desired product.
Thanks to the easily interchangeable molds, different pasta shapes can be obtained according to production needs.
Double sheet ravioli machine
Automatic double sheet ravioli machine
Hourly production: from 40 kg/h up to 50 kg/h
Machine for producing double sheet ravioli already separated. Filling is fed through a press.
The machine’s molds are easily interchangeable, increasing production flexibility. The dedicated electrical panel will allow adjustment of the desired amount of filling and the speed at which the ravioli is formed.
Thanks to the integrated conveyor belt, the product will be carried on trays placed in front.
Pasteurizers for fresh and stuffed pasta
Basket pasteurizer for fresh pasta

Machine for pasteurizing fresh and filled pasta, suitable for pasta factories and small workshops.
This machinery will decrease the bacterial load of the product, increasing its shelf-life, without creating thermal damage to the product.
The pasteurizer is electric, thanks to a group of internal heating resistors the pasta will be treated by steam until it reaches the correct temperature.
The pasteurizer is equipped with stainless steel baskets, complete with a hood for excess steam.
Belt pasteurizer for fresh pasta

Machine for pasteurizing fresh and filled pasta, suitable for pasta factories and small workshops.

Benchtop cutter for tagliatelle

The benchtop cutter is a machine for making 2mm, 4mm, 6mm and 12mm wide tagliatelle from pasta sheets.
It then allows you to create formats such as tagliatelle, pappardelle and tagliolini.
Upon request, it can be combined with a stainless steel base to facilitate movement within the pasta laboratory.
